One of my favourite ab circuits to do at home!  1.) power wheel - as many reps as you can 2.) ball around your legs - 30.s 3.) mountain climber - 30.s 4.) plank walking to arms - 30.s  Do all moves in a row. Rest 1 minute between sets. Repeat 4 times.  Let me know how you liked it!
