Bumi Parahyangan promotional poster and brochure by Rittsu, at Behance. Triangles don& seem to be popular shapes to use in graphic design, but Rittsu executes them well here. Notice the subtle arrows pointing right to persuade the viewer to read on.
Splitting up graphics using triangles can make it look more broken-up and not giving the feeling of a flow, this graphic definitely does. I like this graphic for its theme, color palette, and organization.
This is a yearbook people!my school yearbook was terrible. Love the use of angular shapes and colorful pictures. Hamilton Christian School Yearbook - 2011 (Designer: Daniel Nelson for From Up North graphic design)
There are many examples of balance in this design. In the darker, more colorful card on the right balanced against the lighter more open care on the left as well as some one the more colorful cards, employing elements of balance in the own design.
