PORKKANALETUT  2 kananmunan valkuaista kaksi porkkanaa 1 tl kookosöljyä 2 tl hunajaa  Laita kaikki ainekset monitoimikoneeseen ja surraa ne tasaiseksi. Seos oli itselläni aika vetisen näköistä, mutta älä huoli, kuumalla pannulla ne muuttuvat nopeasti kiinteiksi! Paista lettuja miedolla lämmöllä kookosöljyssä. Mikä tahansa muukin öljy tietysti kävisi, mutta itse käytin kookosöljyä. Kun olet paistanut lettuja molemmilta puolilta sopivasti, laita ne lautaselle ja nauti!
