The Temple of Vesta, The Forum, Rome, Italy, near the Regia and the House of the Vestal Virgins: Historical details of its construction are unknown but it was built during the Roman Old Kingdom. The temple was round and employed Greek architecture.
Capital of the Maison Carree. Based on the ones of the Mars Ultor temple. So close, that the same workshops worked for the Maison Carre as for the temple of Mars Ultor. The latter, dedicated in II BC, and Maison Carree in 78 AD. Perfect timing for those workshops that had succeeded in Rome to be hired out to make a trip to Nimes to make a temple in the model of the trmple of Mars Ultor.
