This time I used the classic pairing of sage and butter and fried an egg in it. Toast your bread in the leftover sage butter, pile on the egg and maybe some greens and serve with hot coffee.

Fry different vegetables in a little oil. asparagus, onions, zucchini, bell peppers and tomato - beat a few eggs on top, season with salt and pepper and garnish with radishes and watercress. Perfect breakfast with a large glass of freshly squeezed juice.
