Turkey Lettuce Wraps - I've made this with the "wrap" being a large romaine lettuce leaf to eliminate the carbs and calories of the normal bread-type wrap, and stuffed with 1 slice of turkey, sliced tomato, shredded carrot, sliced cucumber, and a touch of mustard - it is SO good! Very healthy and satisfying. Could add alfalfa sprouts, sautéed mushroom, cheese etc too!
