A Cheap Holiday in Anguilla

i WILL eat at this restaurant. couple from norwich, vt (aka, basically my backyard growing up) turned their lives upside down, moved to anguilla and opened this restaurant. wrote a book about it (a trip to the beach) which i read in about two days. all that to say, i WILL go to anguilla, talk to this couple and eat at their restaurant.

Tasty's Restaurant:Dale Carty worked at Malliouhana before opening this high-end restaurant in 1999. His interpretations of traditional Anguilla cuisine include Stewed Chicken Grandmas Style and Steamed Fish n’ Fungi with Provisions, which Mr. Carty said uses a polenta-like cornmeal and “food from the earth” like yams, sweet potatoes and pumpkins.
