Pecan Balls (Christmas Cookies)  Melts in your mouth. These are a refreshing change from those too sweet Christmas Cookies.  Ingredients  ½ 	lb. butter  4 	Tbsp. sugar  2 	C ground pecans  2 	C flour  1 	tsp. vanilla  Directions  Cream sugar and butter, then add other ingredients. Make into small balls and bake at 375º F. until lightly browned. Shake in powdered sugar just before serving
