These days you find Kalakukko also without it or it´s only for the taste, not it great big amounts (health issues). Kalakukko translated directly is fishrooster; I know, doesn´t make any sense :-D It´s from  from Savonian tribal area in eastern Finland and has EU status as original traditional…
