The crockpot in our blog has got to be the greatest kitchen invention of all time. Actually, it’s a toss-up between that and the dishwasher, but the crockpot might have just the slightest edge. Since I’m a cheapskate, I really love the crockpot because it uses less electricity than the oven and you can cook cheaper cuts of meat in it. And since I don’t consider myself a great cook, I also love that you can throw pretty much whatever in the crockpot and it will turn out fine! Or at least…
