This Spring Breeze Poncho is a little shorter than your typical poncho, with an open and airy pattern. Since it’s spring, I didn’t want anything too heavy. Being in the desert, I won’t be able to wear it too many more times before it’s too hot. But we’re heading to northern Az this summer, so I’m excited to wear my new poncho in the cooler weather! Today we played in the park for a bit and it was comfortable and easy to play in with the littles. This pattern is available as an inexpensive…

I love circle vests! They’re such a fun accessory. For this Circle Vest Crochet Pattern I wanted to use a Caron Cake. Because who doesn’t love stripes without weaving in all the ends, amiright? Of course, I had one laying around, just waiting to be used and it turned out to be the perfect amount of yarn to make this circle vest! I used almost exactly one cake. So if you crochet loosely, or up a hook size, one cake may not be enough. I basically made up this vest as I went and then went back…
