This suppose to be a Hops Bread recipe, made them as loaves instead. They came out soft with crunchy edges and we couldn't even tell they were wholewheat. A keeper. UPDATE: Finally made them into hops bread much, much better. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Note: Texture isn't like bakery hops if that's what you're looking for, more like homemade old school type.
