Persimmon & Yogurt Marsala Dessert  Serves 2:  1 big or 2 medium persimmon; 5 oz. plain yogurt (preferably Greek); 1 Tbls icing sugar;  1 Tbls Marsala; around 10 plain biscuits, depending on size that fits inside the glass,(I used malt & cane sugar biscuits.); ground pistachios  fresh mint leaves to garnish.    Note this was an experiment by author and not sure which type of persimmons were used.
