Crustless zucchini quiche recipe I added a few of my own personal touches, but this was a big winner tonight for dinner. I included sautéed onions and mushrooms and lots of fresh basil and oregano. I used 3 eggs instead of 2 and subbed half and half for the regular milk. Oh, and I used feta, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses mixed together to total the 2 cups of cheese. It was gourmet!
