Peppermint White Hot Chocolate chopped Hersheys White Choc & peppermint kisses in cup of milk, heat in microwave, add scoop of peppermint ice cream & whipped cream, sprinkle w/ more chopped kisses (or crushed peppermint)

GFCF PEACH CRISP Peal 6 peaches cut in half and place in 8x8 microwave dish.  Add a very little dollop of Earths Balance Soy Free Butter Alternative to the tops of peaches.  Cover with 2 tbsps of water.  In a bowl melt 3 tbsps butter alternative add 1/2 loose cup brown sugar and mix.  Stir in 1 cup Gf Bobs Red Mill oats.  Sprinkle over peaches. Cover with wrap and microwave for 7 minutes.  ENJOY!!!!....You can add cinnamon if wanted but I can not add it as my daughter is on a Low Oxalate…
