Prana mudra (“Mudra of Life”) stimulates base Chakra, legs & feet. It elevates energy level, clears eyesight & enhances self trust. Straighten index & middle fingers; place thumb against ring & little fingers at the tips, forming a circle. Focus on base Chakra & soles of feet. 1 minute deep, slow, normal breathing, then Reverse Breathing for several cycles. Breathe in & tighten abs, sex organs, perineum & buttocks. Hold breath 5 seconds & release all except mudra. Repeat cycle for 5 minutes.
