Please see Estimated shipping date. Peep Peep! Needle Felted Yellow Chick Each chick is made from wool and needle felted over a wire armature. I hand-card a blend of yellow and orange toned wool along with a bit of silk for their "feathers." I always reference photos and my own sketches of chicks while making each one of these tiny cheepers. Eyes are glass beads. I sculpt the beaks from clay, paint them in acrylics and seal with a satin glaze. Since every chick is hand crafted, each is unique just like a real hatchling. No two chicks will look exactly alike, coloring will also have very slight variations. Realistic in size, Each chick will measure about 3-4 inches tall. Have a special request? Send me a message!
