I saw this post and have thought about it all day.  I have been trying to lose weight since January with no luck.  After reading this I have decided, I may never wear a bikini in public again, and my never be in single digit clothes again, but I can love the body God gave me for what it can do!!

A point said: Crossfit is helping me to set goal for strength and healthy body versus old goals to be "stick skinny" even of the scale doesn't move or my pants don't get smaller my body will be toned and beautiful :)

i hate the worry, i don't want to be model skinny but i want to feel comfortable, other skinny woman's bodies dont motivate me because thats not how MY body is. MY body will always be different than a models.

something that I try to remember on weekends or whenever I feel too tired to work out.even a 15 minute work out can be productive if you have the discipline to do it and do it right
