Paleo, gluten free, milk free, sugar free, full of protein and VERY easy to make. 200 ml coconut cream 3 organic eggs 1 dl vanilla protein powder (Sun Warrior) 1/4 tl salt 1 tl baking powder (1 tl cardamon) Put all the ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Add baking powder and stir gently. Bake in 200C oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sugar free jam and whipped coconut cream.
