Recker theres two weeks worth of cf workouts on this site-- Week A WOD for Every Week Day. I think I'll do standing-lunge Russian twists instead of the regular RTs, since I feel them more than the ones done on the floor.

Really getting into these Crossfit Workouts. This one has the toughest stuff in the beginning. Will take about 15 minutes or so. Good sweat factor, good leg burn, missing upper body focus.
