Today I Feel… {Emotions / Feelings Activity Toolkit}New Update! The recent update to this toolkit has made it even more comprehensive and inclusive. Responding to customer feedback, the toolkit now includes more diverse emotional clip art and a new "What makes me happy" poster available in two versions. These updates can be found on pages 55-71. Overview: The Today I Feel… {Emotions / Feelings Activity Toolkit} is a versatile and engaging resource designed to help children recognize, understand, and express their emotions. This toolkit includes a variety of activities and materials suitable for use in circle time, small groups, and individual settings. Here’s a detailed look at what’s included: Components: Feelings Sorting Cards: 9 different feelings sorting cards. Ideal for circle time, small groups, and math centers. Recommended use: Print on cardstock, laminate, and cut out along the solid black lines. For a sorting game, print at least 5 sets; for a matching game like memory, print at least 4 sets. These cards can also be used for a “Go Fish” game. Pages: 4-5 Feelings Bingo: 5 different bingo cards featuring various feelings. Pages: 5-7 Feelings Stick Puppets: Black and white faces representing four emotions: angry, sad, scared, and happy. Suggested printing: Angry faces on red paper, sad on blue, scared on yellow, happy on green. Trim, laminate, and glue to large craft sticks. Pages: 8-11 Activity Cards: 20 different scenarios for group discussion, allowing students to identify their feelings using the Feelings Stick Puppets.
