Icelandic Horses knows a thing or two about the Icelandic winter. They always stand with their back against the wind, so they can breathe easily in snow and even storm. The Icelandic winter landscape can often be rough, but the breed have adapted perfectly to wind and weather, so they are good with being outside at all times. Their winter fur is thick, so they won't get cold. Photo by Róslín Alma Valdemarsdóttir.
