White Hot Chocolate    Ingredients:    1 3/4 cups milk, divided  1/2 cup white-chocolate chips  Whipped topping  Blue sugar crystals and sprinkles    In a small saucepan, heat 1/4 cup milk and chocolate chips over medium heat, whisking until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining milk and heat to warm. Pour into 2 or 3 glasses. Garnish with whipped topping and blue sugar crystals and sprinkles.

Frozen Hot Chocolate - I LOVE Frozen hot chocolate. In my high school years I loved walking up to our local Dairy Queen and getting these with my friends (everything was pretty much walking-distance where we grew up). So many fond memories. In my opinion this tastes best in either a frosted mug or a styrofoam cup. If you want to make it more like a frozen hot chocolate shake, add more milk and a scoop of chocolate ice cream… yum!
