Healthy Slow Cooker Vegetarian Lasagna Recipe, this was really good. I used whole wheat oven ready lasagna noodles, added dried basil to the tomato mixture for extra flavor and instead of using the crockpot (because of lack of time) I covered it in foil and cooked it at 375 for 35 mins, then uncovered it and cooked for 5 extra mins til the cheese melted.
