Before your summer veggies hit the grill, toss them in a little oil to keep them from drying out. But don’t overdo it – too much can cause flare-ups.

Before your summer veggies hit the grill, toss them in a little oil to keep them from drying out. But don’t overdo it – too much can cause flare-ups.

Wraps filled w/ pulled prok, carrots & cucumber, spring onion and fresh mint rolled in rice paper, glass noodles.   Peanut In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp peanut butter, juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 clove of garlic, grated, & pinch sugar, a small dollop of rice vinegar & Sriracha or other stuff. Whisk w/a fork until the texture is thick & soft. Taste & add more salt to taste. Until you achieve the tartness, sweetness or savory to your personal taste. Put in the fridge.
