Pinaattiletut:  (3-4 hengelle) 4 luomumunaa 2,5 dl mantelijauhoa 3 rkl psylliumia 4dl mantelimaitoa 150g sulatettua pinaattia 1 rkl oliiviöljyä suolaa, pippuria voita/kookosöljyä paistamiseen  Valmista taikina: sekoita munat & mantelimaito, lisää mukaan jauhot, psyllium, öljy ja pinaatti. Mausta. Anna turvota hetken. Paista runsaassa öljyssä/voissa.

Low Carb Orange Chicken (Gluten Free) - I Breathe... I'm Hungry... It’s not as sticky or viscous, but it’s packed with sweet orange flavor that soaks into the crispy breading, which is made with coconut flour and just a little cornstarch.  The cornstarch adds some carbs, but it helps thicken the sauce and crisp up the chicken. Must try this!
