Top fresh strawberries layer:
Chop 1 lb of strawberries into cubes. Mix this with 1 pack of vanilla sugar (9 g).
Middle cheesecake layer:
In a large bowl, add 1 ⅓ cup cold heavy cream, ¾ cup powdered sugar, & 1 pack of vanilla sugar (9 g) (or 1-2 tsp vanilla extract), then whip these together until stiff peaks form. Whip in 1 cup cream cheese & 2 tbsp vanilla pudding mix (optional)
Bottom cracker crumbs layer:
Using a food processor, crumble 28-30 cracker squares. Scoop 1 tbsp of crumbs into each cup & flatten this layer using the bottom of an extra cup.
Pipe a thick layer of the cheesecake mixture into each cup using a piping bag, leaving space for the strawberry layer.
Add strawberry mixture to the top of each cheesecake cup. Refrigerate and enjoy
