Asian Glazed Salmon ~ 1/2 C. brown sugar 1/3 C. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped finely 1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 4 salmon fillets Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the marinade ingredients in a saucepan, and heat until bubbly. Pour marinade over salmon fillets in a baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
