Weight Watchers - Crispy Sweet Potato Fries Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges. Toss with 1 tblsp oil, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper in med bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake, turning once, until browned/crisp, about 35 mins- very yummy!
