PILATES, but make it HIIT 💪🏼🔥
This full body workout was a fiirreeeyy one. A good mix of Pilates x strength! All you need is a pair of dumbbells.
1. Squat + cross body punch
2. Tricep kick back + front arm extension
3. Mt climbers x4, alternate single arm (SA) row, x2
4. Donkey kick + SA row
5. Side plank - reach top arm + double knee drive
6. Plank launch
Round 2 - repeat on second side
* complete 4 x rounds altogether
* 40 sec each exercise
