Acapulco’s Queso Dip: Ingredients: 4 cups White American extra melt cheese 1 cup milk 4 oz Jalapenos in escabeche Blend 1 can of Costena Jalepenos in Escabeche to a puree consistency and portion 4oz. Add 1 cup of milk to a 2 qt sauce pan and bring to a boil. Please make sure to continuously stir with a whisk so it won’t burn. Turn off the flame immediately and add 1 cup of cheese at a time while whisking until you have added all the cheese. Add 4 oz of jalapeno puree.
Cheese dip!!! I've been looking for this for years! For some reason the only Mexican places I've been to that make this are in MS! I'm pretty sure it's not authentic considering it uses American cheese but I don't care! Taste just like in the restaurants!
