Back in 2009, I decide to do something about my size 18 and 210 pound body. I downloaded the "LOSE IT!" app and dropped 15 pounds in 3 days. Within a few months, I was 150 pounds and a size 8. Instead of a diet that wouldn't last, I decided to make a lifestyle change of eating healthier and exercising at home (Zumba, fast walking and light jogging) (no pills and no shots).
