This Low Impact HIIT workout focuses on both toning and sculpting your whole body while getting your heart rate up! It’s a mix of bodyweight movements and using weights to build lean muscle and burn fat all with no jumping exercises, so this workout is apartment-friendly and easy on those joints!! 🙌🏽

- •Warm-up before | Cool down and stretch afterward
- •40 sec. each exercise | 3-5 rounds | 1-2 min. rest after each circuit. 😉
- •Butt kickers + reach ups
- •Marching rows
- •Step back arm raises
- •Ab twists to alt. toe taps
- •Leg lift knee tucks
- •Alt. single leg crunches
- •Plank opposite tap outs
