Gingerbread Overnight Oats😋
Ingredients for 1 serving:
• 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (120 ml)
• 1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml)
• 1/2 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (120 ml)
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1/2 - 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice (or 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, pinch of nutmeg & cloves)
Toppings:
• berries or fruit
• Greek yogurt
• crushed gluten-free gingerbread cookies
1. Mix all the ingredients together
• 2. Refrigerate for a few hours, rather overnight
• 3. Add your toppings and enjoy!
