Almond Joy: 1 oz. Malibu Rum - 1 oz. Amaretto - 1 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao (Light will work too) - 2 oz. Half & Half. Combine all the liquid ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake well, and strain into your favorite cocktail glass. Run a piece of semi-sweet chocolate across a grater over the top of the cocktail, add a couple of sipping straws.
