(2) Grilled chicken  Spaghetti Squash ;Pasta" with tomato sauce (or diced tomatoes) and steamed or roasted broccoli (3) Grilled chicken and coconut oil roasted veggies including eggplant, bell peppers, #zucchini, and yellow peppers roasted.  Easy #MealPrep for the week that can be done in about 2 hours.  Boom.
