Exercises such as these are incorporated throughout every warm up and cooldown in my Movement Through Pregnancy program from the day you begin to the day you give birth 🖤 While I recommend starting birth prep mobility by the 3rd trimester, it is never too early to incorporate these movements. And if you’re already in your 3rd trimester, you can still prepare!
