I don’t work hard because I hate my body, I work out because I love my body.

So here are some facts:  1. There are about 3500 calories in one pound of fat.  2. Every two jumping jacks = 1 calorie burnt.  3. 1000 jumping jacks = 1 pound GONE  4. 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks for 1 week will burn one pound per week.  So on top of your current diet and exercise regime you can add on 10 sets.  Let's try this because a pound lighter is a pound lighter.

Hate when people tell me I don't need to lose weight or diet. I'm not trying to lose weight. I LIKE HEALTHY FOODS! "It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle" :)

And not a "diet" but a diet as in how you eat. Do you eat crap all the time? Or do you eat your fruits and veggies?
