Hummus veggie dip
Ingredient:
• 10 oz roasted red pepper hummus
• 1/4 cup red onions, finely cubed
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, finely cubed
• 1/4 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 15 crackers
salt and pepper
Directions:
• 1. You can use any hummus flavor you like, or even plain hummus. Spread 10 oz of hummus in a serving dish.
• 2. Top the hummus with cubed red onions, diced cherry tomatoes, and finely minced Italian parsley.
• 3. Season with salt and black pepper then garnish with a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy with your favorite crackers.
