You can use any hummus flavor you like, or even plain hummus. Spread 10 oz of hummus in a serving dish. • 2. Top the hummus with cubed red onions, diced cherry tomatoes, and finely minced Italian parsley. • 3. Season with salt and black pepper then garnish with a drizzle of olive oil.
