5/5. My new go to recipe for bok choy! I followed recipe except I used really small bok choys, counting 3 of them to one normal sized bok choy. The only other thing I changed was using half dark soy sauce, half golden label light soy sauce & 1 Tbl of low sodium soy sauce. I had to triple the recipe bc of the amount of bok choy I used. yum!
