Easy Bow Tie Pasta Lasagna
Ingredients:
12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half the cooked pasta, half the meat sauce, dollops of ricotta, and half the mozzarella. Repeat layers.
