Garlic Butter Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Make the Meatballs: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
