• 3/4 cup peanut butter (natural)
• 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch sea salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
• add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until you reach a thick-ish dough consistency
• press into a parchment paper lined pan (I used a loaf pan)
• melt chocolate cups and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals— stirring between each
• pour melted chocolate over bars and spread evenly
• set bars in freezer for 1 hour and then slice! 👏🏼
