Find items at trade shows (they give away all kinds of good stuff), the dollar store, make it yourself, oriental trading, and amazon. I, personally, found more stuff at Party City. Just use a cost effectiveness model. Now my favorite is U.S. Toys. It has lots and lots of toys used for teachers and party favors. It's awesome.
