it’s 7:30pm and you’re eating a delicious dinner - the food is tasting so good… but you realize you’re full and there’s still food on your plate. 🥵😳 WHAT TO DO?! one part of your brain 🧠 says “you’re full. no more food. stop.” the other part 🧠 screams “IT’S SO GOOD KEEP EATING CAN’T LEAVE FOOD ON THE PLATE” …so you keep eating 🍴 …you clean your plate …and then the guilt and shame HIT you. 😫WHYYYY did you do it again?! 🤢this feels so gross and uncomfortable!! 🥴what’s WRONG with me
