This listing is for a fun game for your students to practice the third, fourth, and fifth one hundred Fry words and phrases to build fluency. To use, simply print off one or all of the sets and accompanying Straight A's or Dog Ate Your Homework cards. If they can read the card, they can keep it! If they grab a Straight A's or a Dog Ate Your Homework card, they have a chance to either get more cards OR lose them! Student take turns drawing cards. The winner is whoever gets the most cards during a set amount of time or when the draw cards are gone. I introduce this game whole group and then make it available to my students as center/workstation or use with parent helpers. My students love this game and it has really helped with their fluency!
