Very pretty 1990s Velvet Black and Rose Maxi dress. The material is velvet with ribbing, which is very cool and makes the dress kind of sheer between each ribbing. Dress has a simple pull on design, with a wide neckline and long sleeves. There are two slits on either side at the hem, measuring about 15 inches high. The print is large red roses on a black background. The brand is "Caribou New York" and there is no size tag, but I would say it is a Medium/Large. There is a bit of stretch to the material.
