Vintage 20th Century Made in Japan Porcelain Victorian Woman with Umbrella

Adorable porcelain figurine from Japan, of a Victorian woman holding an umbrella. Has a real fabric skirt and ruffles on the umbrella, made of netting. I found an image of this figurine and appears there is supposed to be a fabric choker on her neck, which explains the flaw on the neck pictured here. It’s not a crack or signs of a repair. I believe it’s a mark from what was there before. Approximately 5.75”tall and 3.5”wide
