Mix fruit with 1-1/2 tsp. vinegar, 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, dash of salt & pepper and 1 tbsp. sugar in a baking dish. Bake 20 min. or until fruit is soft and juice is slightly thickened. Beat 1/4 cup cream and 1 tbsp. sugar in a mixer on high until soft peaks form. Top TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers with fruit & whipped cream to finish and enjoy!

These sweet treats are the perfect party closer! Dip half of each TRISCUIT cracker on a diagonal into melted chocolate. Place on covered baking sheet until full and refrigerate for 5 min. or until chocolate is firm. Beat 6 oz. of cream cheese, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 tsp. honey with mixer on medium speed until blended. Beat on high until light and fluffy. Spoon into decorating bag or resealable plastic bag to pipe mixture onto crackers & finish with a drizzle of melted chocolate!
