Patterns of extant garments - Undergowns, Pourpoint
Pourpoint - "This garment is padded, with the top layer made of silk. The sleeve openings are very large, which must have made the pourpoint very comfortable to wear. The bottom hem contained holes for laces to tie the hose. On top of this garment, the owner could have worn a men's cotehardie (late 14th century)."
